Our beautiful holiday apartment is located in the popular neighborhood of Doña Pepa, in the town of Ciudad Quesada/Rojales. The apartment is situated in the stunning park of Residencial Albamar. Residencial Albamar is a fully enclosed complex and features 4 communal swimming pools, beautiful gardens, and secure parking for cars within the park. The apartment is situated on the ground floor and boasts a large garden (120m2). It comprises a spacious living room (with air conditioning) and an open kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. Bedroom one has a double bed, while bedroom two has two single beds (a baby cot is also available if needed). The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Additionally, the apartment features a large private garden of 120m2 with both sunny and shaded areas.

The space
It's a spacious and fresh apartment with all amenities. The park is well-maintained and secured with a security gate. During the high season, a lifeguard is present. Cars can be parked on the premises in available parking spots near the complex.
Access for guests
The entire apartment and garden are available to the tenant. However, please note that the shed located on the premises is for private use only.

There are 4 sun loungers available for use by the pool. Please remember to bring them back at the end of the day or when you leave!

You can reach the beautiful La Marquesa golf courses within 10 minutes. Additionally, there are many other activities in the immediate vicinity.
